What do you need to do to place an ad?


Step 1: Take a look at our Advertising Terms and Conditions

Advertising rates are subject to change without notice. However, when you enter into an advertising agreement with us, the agreement will contain fees that are in effect for your specific advertising agreement. These fees will not be changed without prior notice. Each Advertising Agreement contains date sensitive information. Therefore, the Agreement, once generated, is set to expire within 30 days unless authorized by you and accepted by JamaicaPropertyFinder.com. The expiration date will be included on the Agreement.


Step 2: Select the advertisement size and time span that best suits your needs

Step 3: Print and Fill out the Ad Insertion Order form

Download the Advertising Insertion Order form and fill it out with the requested types and amounts of advertising that you wish to place on JamaicaPropertyFinder.com. The form includes details of the contract to place your advertisement. The cost of your ad will be calculated and confirmed with your representative before final billing. Review your entries for accuracy and completeness and sign in the appropriate space. Then send the form to us by fax at The Technology Innovation Centre, 237 Old Hope Road, Kingston 6. If you aren't sure about what the different options mean, feel free to send an email to us with your question(s) at AdService@jamaicapropertyfinder.com. We will contact you to clarify any issues and to finalise the arrangements.


Step 4: Send your Ad Image Files to JamaicaPropertyFinder.com.

You may email the ad images to: AdService@jamaicapropertyfinder.com or let us know of the URL and we'll retrieve it from the web. Once we have the authorized Agreement and image files, we'll send you an invoice (probably through email).


Step 5: Pay the Invoice

Invoices are due upon receipt. If payment is not made within 30 days, we reserve the right to remove any advertising at our discretion.
